Overview
The Jumper EZpad Max15, also listed as the Jumper Z1, is a 15-inch Android 14 tablet from the Chinese brand Jumper (Zhongbai) for videos, online classes and reading at home. It came out in 2024 and Jumper still lists it on its Chinese website. There is no independent review yet, so the details below come from Jumper’s product page and are not confirmed by measurements.
The screen is about 28 % larger than the screen of the 13-inch iPad Pro and has almost the same area as the 15.6-inch Meswao MES-B3 (see the large-screens.com review). Its 3:2 format is taller and closer to a sheet of paper, better for documents and sheet music. The IPS panel has 2496 × 1664 pixels (200 ppi), reasonably sharp for this size. Jumper rates it at only 300 nits, which is dim in a bright room, and gives no refresh rate or anti-glare finish.
The MediaTek Helio G99 is an entry-level chip from 2022: fine for streaming, reading and the web, slow with heavy apps and demanding games. It has 8 GB of RAM, 256 GB of storage and a microSD slot. Jumper publishes no update policy, and its Chinese page does not say whether Google Play or Widevine L1 (HD on Netflix and Prime Video) are available, so buyers outside China should check both.
There is no pen support and no official keyboard; Jumper shows only a folio case that doubles as a stand. The 10,000 mAh battery charges at 18 W over USB-C, and Jumper gives no runtime. At about 1.04 kg and 10 mm, the tablet is heavy to hold. It has four speakers, one USB-C port, a headphone jack, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.2 and GPS. Jumper’s pictures also mention 4G, but its spec table lists only Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
Jumper shows no price. Outside China, the tablet is only offered by import sellers such as Alibaba.

Performance

The Jumper Z1 (EZpad Max15) is powered by the relatively old MediaTek Helio G99 processor, released in 2022 and built on a 6 nm process. It is fine for streaming, web browsing, documents and casual games, but it is not made for demanding games, video editing or heavy multitasking. The same chip is used in 9 other tablets of our database, including the Meswao MES-B3 (Pro) and the TCL NxtPaper 14. Compared with other large tablets:
- The Apple M5 in the Apple iPad Pro 13″ (M5) is about 8 times faster.
- The Unisoc T7300 in the Alldocube iPlay 70 Max Pro is about 20 % faster.
- The Jumper Z1 (EZpad Max15) is about 30 % faster than the Callsky Ctab 14 and its Unisoc T616.
Brightness

The screen of the Jumper Z1 (EZpad Max15) reaches 300 nits according to Jumper, which is dim: fine in a dark or dim room, but hard to read near a window and outdoors.
