Overview
The Meswao B4 is a 15.4-inch Android tablet that Meswao presents as a slightly more portable alternative to its 16-inch B5. Its product page dates from March 2026, but in October 2026 the tablet is still “coming soon” and out of stock. No independent review exists yet, so the figures below are Meswao’s.
Despite its higher number, the B4 has about 3 % less screen area than the 15.6-inch B3 Pro, but still about 25 % more than the 13-inch iPad Pro. The 16:9 format is even wider than 16:10 and made for videos. With 1920 × 1080 pixels (143 ppi), the IPS panel is not very sharp. Meswao gives 350 nits, the same rating as the B3 Pro, whose screen the large-screens.com review found bright enough indoors but too dim on sunny days.
The MediaTek Helio G99, an entry-level chip from 2022 also used in the B3 Pro and B5, is fine for videos and the web but too slow for demanding games. The B4 has 8 GB of RAM, 256 GB of storage and a microSD slot. It runs Android 14, and Meswao publishes no update policy. Unlike the B5 page, the B4 page does not mention Widevine L1 (HD on Netflix and Prime Video).
Meswao sells an active pen (Microsoft MPP 2.0, €45) and a separate foldable Bluetooth keyboard with touchpad (€59). The 12,000 mAh battery charges at 30 W (full in 3.5 hours); Meswao promises 10.5 hours of video. At 1,035 g and 9.3 mm, the B4 is 50 g lighter than the B3 Pro but still heavy. It has four speakers, one USB-C port, Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.2, but no headphone jack and no 4G.
Meswao lists the B4 at €389 instead of €499 (Meswao) and at $439 on its blog. The 16-inch B5, already on sale, costs only €20 more and has 16 GB of RAM and Android 16.

Performance

The Meswao B4 is powered by the relatively old MediaTek Helio G99 processor, released in 2022 and built on a 6 nm process. It is fine for streaming, web browsing, documents and casual games, but it is not made for demanding games, video editing or heavy multitasking. The same chip is used in 8 other tablets of our database, including the Meswao MES-B3 (Pro) and the TCL NxtPaper 14. Compared with other large tablets:
- The Apple M5 in the Apple iPad Pro 13″ (M5) is about 8 times faster.
- The Unisoc T7300 in the Alldocube iPlay 70 Max Pro is about 20 % faster.
- The Meswao B4 is about 30 % faster than the Callsky Ctab 14 and its Unisoc T616.
Brightness

The screen of the Meswao B4 reaches 350 nits according to Meswao, which is enough indoors, but not for outdoor use in the summer (600 nits is the minimum).
