Overview
The Teclast T65 is a cheap 13.4-inch Android tablet with 4G, announced in July 2025. The T65 Plus uses a faster MediaTek Helio G99. Only two reviews could be found. Notebookcheck rated the T65 “satisfactory” (74 %) and calls it a bargain for buyers who want a huge 120 Hz screen with mobile data. smartzone finds the T65 Plus good for its price, mainly for home use.
The screen has about the area of the 13-inch iPad Pro, in 16:10, a wide format made for videos. At 1920 × 1200 pixels (169 ppi), text looks grainy up close; 120 Hz keeps scrolling smooth. Notebookcheck measured 379 nits and no PWM flicker. The glossy glass reflects strongly outdoors.
The T65’s Unisoc T7280 is an entry-level chip: Notebookcheck saw occasional stutter, and 3D games are too heavy for it. The T65 Plus’s Helio G99 handles casual games (smartzone). It has 6 or 8 GB of RAM, 128 or 256 GB of storage and microSD, sharing the second SIM slot. Android 15 or 16 is close to stock, with Google services and Widevine L1 (HD on Netflix and Prime Video). Teclast promises no updates; both reviews expect few or none.
No pen or keyboard is made for it. Notebookcheck’s T65 (8,000 mAh; Teclast also lists 10,000 mAh) lasted 13 hours 44 minutes in a Wi-Fi test, but 10 W charging takes over three hours. The T65 Plus (10,000 mAh, 18 W) ran 11.7 hours in PCMark and charged in 200 minutes. The T65 weighs 720 g, the Plus 755 g. Both reviews note a creaky case, weak cameras and thin sound. It has a headphone jack and one USB-C port (USB 2.0), but no fingerprint reader or face unlock.
In September 2025, the T65 cost about €150 on AliExpress (Notebookcheck); the T65 Plus cost €153 to €180 on AliExpress in August 2026 (smartzone, teltarif). A “T65 2026” with a Unisoc T7300 was announced in December 2025 (androidpctv).

Performance

The Teclast T65 / T65 Plus is powered by the Unisoc T620 processor, released in 2024 and built on a 12 nm process. It is an entry-level chip: fine for videos, web browsing, reading and taking notes, but apps open slowly and games have to run at low settings. The same chip is used in the Blackview Mega 8 and the Iris Ohyama LUCA Tablet 15.6. Compared with other large tablets:
- The Apple M5 in the Apple iPad Pro 13″ (M5) is about 10 times faster.
- The MediaTek Helio G100 in the Doogee Tab E3 Max is about 20 % faster.
Brightness

The screen of the Teclast T65 / T65 Plus reaches 379 nits measured by Notebookcheck, which is enough indoors, but not for outdoor use in the summer (600 nits is the minimum).
