Overview
The Huawei MatePad Pro 13.2 (2025) is a thin OLED tablet for notes, drawing and office work, launched in China in November 2024, in Europe and the UK in early 2025. Reviewers like its screen, build and pen but regret the missing Google services: Notebookcheck rated it 85%, Mobilissimo 8.5/10, Xataka 8.3/10 and Multiplayer.it 7/10.
The 13.2-inch flexible OLED screen is about the size of the 13-inch iPad Pro’s. Its 3:2 format is taller than the usual 16:10, which suits documents and sheet music. At 2880 × 1920 pixels (262 ppi) and 144 Hz it is sharp and smooth. European and UK units have PaperMatte glass, a matte finish that removes almost all reflections (optional in China); Notebookcheck measured 795 nits and a low minimum of 2.4 nits.
The Kirin T92 with 12 GB of RAM feels smooth, but its graphics are weak next to rivals (Notebookcheck). Outside China it runs HarmonyOS 4.3: Android apps work, but without Google Play or Google services; reviewers used Aurora Store or microG, and not all apps run (IT Pro). Widevine L1 allows HD streaming. Huawei promises at least three years of updates.
In Europe and the UK the touchpad keyboard is in the box; it adds 480 g (ComputerBase), and IT Pro found its two-part design awkward. The M-Pencil costs extra; reviewers like it for writing and drawing. The tablet is 5.5 mm thin and weighs 580 g, with six loud speakers and a USB-C port that mirrors the screen to a monitor. ComputerBase measured 12 h 27 min of YouTube at 200 nits, IT Pro and Mobilissimo about 14.5 hours of looped video. The 100 W charger, not included, recharges it in about an hour.
Launch price: €1,199 in Germany and Spain (512 GB, keyboard included), £849.99 in the UK (IT Pro). It is not sold in North America; the MatePad Pro Max replaced it in May 2026.

Performance

The Huawei MatePad Pro 13.2 (2025) is powered by the Huawei Kirin T92 processor, released in 2024 and built on a 7 nm process. It is a mid-range chip, fast enough for multitasking, drawing apps and most games; only the most demanding games and video editing will push it to its limits. Compared with other large tablets:
- The Apple M5 in the Apple iPad Pro 13″ (M5) is about 3 times faster.
- The MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ in the Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra is about 70 % faster.
- The Huawei MatePad Pro 13.2 (2025) is about 2.5 times faster than the Meswao MES-B3 (Pro) and its MediaTek Helio G99.
Brightness

The screen of the Huawei MatePad Pro 13.2 (2025) reaches 795 nits measured by Notebookcheck, which is bright: enough for bright rooms and for outdoor use in the shade, even in the summer.
